DATA SHARED WITH SUB-PROCESSORS

Infrastructure & Platform Sub-Processors

These sub-processors may access or process customer data, visitor analytics data, and account information as necessary to provide hosting, security, communications, and platform functionality.

Data Enrichment & Identification Sub-Processors

These sub-processors receive limited visitor identifiers (such as IP addresses, hashed identifiers, and company domain information) for the purpose of matching and enriching visitor data. They return company and professional contact information to enable Squid's visitor identification functionality. These providers do not retain or use customer data for their own purposes beyond providing the requested enrichment services.

SUB-PROCESSOR MANAGEMENT

Data Processing Agreements: Squid maintains data processing agreements with all sub-processors that impose data protection obligations substantially similar to those in Squid's Data Processing Addendum. Each data enrichment provider has certified their compliance with applicable data protection laws, including CCPA and GDPR where applicable.

Security Standards: All sub-processors are evaluated for appropriate security measures and compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Updates: Squid will provide advance notice of sub-processor changes as described in the Data Processing Addendum (Section 5.3).

NOTICE OF CHANGES

Customers who wish to receive email notifications when this list is updated should ensure their primary contact email is current in their Squid account settings.

Squid will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before adding or replacing any sub-processor.

If you have concerns about a new sub-processor on reasonable grounds relating to data protection, please contact us at privacy@asksquid.ai within ten (10) business days of receiving notice.
